Any thoughts on Apple's WWDC?

I see analysts calling it boring, dud, etc. To me, I think they played it safe and got away from pushing Apple Intelligence. I'm ok with that because its better to under promise and over deliver. Apple intelligence announcement made the stock run up nicely, but the implementation was lackluster. No need to hype it until its good.

Chime IPO is Thursday
Do you think the kids will run it up?

I heard Jim Kramer mention something this morning about young people and the stocks they’re investing in. He pointed out that traditional investments like Exxon, gold, and traditional stocks are not appealing to them. Instead, they prefer stocks like Robin Hood and Bitcoin.

By the way, I understand why Star-Link isn’t available in South Africa. You have to relinquish 30% of your company to the Black community.
That CAC isn’t about to do that.

@HellBoy, I want to ensure that I’m accurately conveying the way I understood the Bloomberg reporter’s description yesterday. I was essentially paraphrasing what they said.
Here’s the video

In South Africa, Internet Service providers (ISPs) with a national footprint are required to have 30% black ownership and achieve at least a Level 4 BEE status. This means ISPs must demonstrate that they are black-owned, that there are black people in key management positions, that they have made significant contributions to skills development, that they source goods and services from BEE compliant suppliers, and that they contribute to their employees and the surrounding communities.

$OKLO was it this morning.

I'll be out shortly. I should have bought 2, lol

Who's in on Chime?
I day trade on Webull and I put an order in when the bell opened but I doubt it will get filled. I read about the IPO in this thread right after the market closed the other day. I read somewhere that Etrade carried the IPO and I have an Etrade account but it was too late to buy. I went all in on ORCL a few weeks ago in anticipation of earnings and that’s paying off for me this morning. I was just looking at the order book on level 2 for Chime and some jackass has an order in for 38 shares at 1000.00. lol

I put in an order to sell a $10 put for Webull ($BULL) expiration 6/27. I'd get $25 for the sale, and I'd own the shares if it drops $10. I'll keep doing this until I get assigned. (Short term account)

Reason:
It's my favorite (day) trading platform
Became profitable Q1 2025
It looks like it settled into a range.

Goal: It runs up over time to where $HOOD is trading.
Sold 2 more puts on for Webull today @ $86 each, $10 strike for 7/18/2025. Speculative, but I want to get a few hundred just to sit on.

Did you make $?
When you sell puts you get the premium. In this case it was $86 per contract I sold minus fees ($1.36). If Webull is < $10 by July 10th, I'll have to buy 200 shares at $10. If it is above $10, then I keep the $170 with no obligation to buy.

IF I have to buy... 17 of the shares will be free. I call cash secured puts "coupons".
