A challenge was filed by one of the candidates back in February, the committee didn't agree to redo the vote until May. Amazing that one of the parkland survivors is getting dragged for trying help bulid a party who can actually win election and not be the lesser of two evil choice.

Its not cap. They were supposed to elect one person on the ballot and vote again. So Malcolm won the round and there was supposed to be another one that presumably Hogg WOULD have won BUT they had been voting all day and decided to just give it to the top two. The woman on the ballot complained immediately so there was always going to be a vote to see if they would redo the ballot.
Now if Hogg hadn't been an ass they may have voted differently but he decided to show out and use his position to raise money to challenge dems via his PAC even tho it is DNC practice to stay out of primaries. If he thinks his way is right and enough people agree he should run again. He chose not to.
