That in fact is very far from that footlocker shooting. That shooting was on the east side. This was Redford. 40 min drive easily.
Anything north of 8 mile is the suburbs. And it's a main road. I can't really picture many spots that actually have houses on 8 mile. An apartment here or there, some cheap motels. And yea some of those cities north of 8 mile you'll find trailer parks.
