Fangio should be 1 imo...Steve Wilkes should be higher but he will show and prove this year

Everything his dad said would happen, did happen.
Yup. I said it when he went to Chicago he would be entering a shit show. When Shane was in Seattle, Canales got all of the praise for turning Geno's career around and he was just the QB coach....Says alot about Shane who was the OC at the time...

Matt is a solid DC, but you rarely see success with a young QB when the HC is a defensive guy unless he has the right OC on his staff (Washington and Atlanta comes to mind).....

This Caleb Williams/his dad story is wild.

Carl Williams told agents before the 2024 NFL Draft that he didn’t want his son playing for the Bears.

He spoke with Archie Manning, consulted lawyers and agents, and actually considered his son playing in the UFL and then becoming an unrestricted free agent for the NFL in 2025.

Caleb allegedly wanted to play for the Vikings and Kevin O’Connell. But no matter what avenue he and his dad explored, it didn’t matter; Bears GM Ryan Poles told Williams they were drafting him “no matter what.”

The only option left was to bad-mouth the city to the point the team wouldn’t draft him. But Caleb didn’t want to take that path. He ultimately visited the Bears facility and then told his dad, “I can do it for this team. I’m going to go to the Bears.”

This information was provided by Carl Williams for an upcoming book written by Seth Wickersham. The book includes detailed accounts from several different quarterbacks about their experiences.

One experience Caleb told his father about was the coaching—or lack thereof—in Chicago. Caleb said he would watch film alone because he had no guidance or instruction from coaches.

He told his dad, “No one tells me what to watch. I just turn it on.”

Both offensive coordinator Shane Waldron and head coach Matt Eberflus were fired during the season.
