The dude that shot her. To me it looks like he saw the boyfriend pull the gun out the purse, got out the car with his gun and popped first, but she got hit. Boyfriend should be charged with her death.

In the Texas Law there is no duty to flee if you feel your life is in imminent danger. Plus people in moving cars get hit by bullets all the time.
Shooter went out of his way too many times to create a confrontation that never had to happen.

It was his gun. It was so he would have it getting in the club/bar. That's why he wasn't some innocent participant. He was looking for trouble, and feeling brave with alcohol and his gun.

However, it's hard to say legally, that you acted in self-defense when the preceeding incident was a touch, tap or bump to a car you were a passenger in..... and then you kill the woman, while the man has his hand in her purse, before he can even pull the gun out.....

We as black men are held to a higher standard of the law, especially when the "victim(s)" are white......
No one is driving off after getting their car hit, this was self defense.
