She's right. He needs to fix himself and be happy with himself. His priorities are all fucked up. He's so busy looking at what the next man got and depressed that he ain't got it, that it's holding him back. Either say fuck everything and chase after you pipe dream or fix your foundation (yourself and your family) and at the same time pursue your pipe dream. But he still need to accept reality, which is he may not achieve his dream. But he can have accomplishments that he can look at and be happy with.
