Marvel Movie Discussion: The Thunderbolts* Update: Sentry? NEW BIG GAME TRAILER!

Tracking suggests the movie will open in the $70 million to $73 million range domestically, and $160 million to $175 million globally, against a $180 million production budget before marketing. Prior to the pandemic, that would have been considered not so great for an MCU title kicking off summer. But times have changed, with tracking becoming more unreliable. Also, the Disney-owned Marvel is stressing these aren’t well-known characters.

I think this might be pretty good.

It's the same old shit
If you like the disney+ shows you will like this
These characters are lame imo
Marvel has gotten so stagnant to me
I don't get the rave reviews for this at all
This is my problem with all the recent Marvel content. They are all the same movies. A bunch of lame jokes, some very obvious action scenes, an attempt to make you care about the ending that's probably underwhelming. Time for them to throw out the formula and start making fresh content.

They will never touch the infinity saga level again
That storyline built up and gave you time to actually care about the characters and the story.
The characters were so iconic

Ill swit for the post and mid credit scenes toshow up on youtibe. Thats what people watch these movies for anyway

I saw multiple tweets saying people had tears in their eyes watching this
Huh???
There was absolutely no reason for anyone to cry. I give it a 6 out of 10. The jokes were very dry, i think i chuckled twice, maybe 3 times. Red Guardian was kind of funny. It was good until they went up agains Sentry. He was just too powerfuly and it felt like they didn't know how to end the movie so they made up this scene that kind of ruined it for me. Mid credit scene was nothing major, just for laughs. The second one might be worth sticking around for. i probably wouldn't intentionally watch it again. Maybe when it comes to Disney i might throw it on.
