He's already a great player, but he's also a great player that wants to win. If he get tot he point where he feels like the organization isn't going to win, then he'll want to leave.
He has the money, he has the ring, he has the family, he has the love of the city and he loves the city.
But he's competitive and if he knows for a fact that his team is nowhere near competing for a championship, or not even making the playoffs.
Then at some point he's gonna want to leave.
And the same can be said for any great player.
When that great player no longer has confidence in the organization, they'll want to leave.
