I wish they released these statistics for EVERY MOVIE.

Wouldn't THAT be interesting?

They already exceeded expectations for this weekend. WB only had them between 35 and 40 million. Camper will be talking about it tomorrow. Accountant 2 comes out next but i think they could hit 200 million before thunderbolts drops.

DAMN RIGHT.

I told dudes this was gonna do record numbers and all these so called online experts on YouTube said NAH.

I'll do my best to not spoil it.
1-Go support it. Imax > regular. I saw both.
2-If you don't support it...watch it with those that don't know about the Jim Crow south. I saw a lot of young people's first time visual experience of that time for us.

I've always believed we are "limited" by our experiences but to think "current year attitudes" isn't possible in less than 80 years is ignorant as hell.

Current year? Those racist white people never changed from back then. They still are envious of us to this day.

Delroy Lindo says he doesn’t see ‘SINNERS’ as a horror movie.“I interpreted the story to be about what happens when a community is infiltrated and turns on itself. That's how I responded to the script…I've come to the conclusion that the horror that’s associated with this narrative is what happens indeed when a community turns on itself, what happens when that community starts to exert violence on itself within itself, which is intra violence. And in that sense, it's a very contemporary story”

Damn right

Just watched it again in iMax, even better than the first time. I have only seen 6 movies more than once in theatres. Tim Burton's first Batman, Training Day, Life (Eddie and Martin), both Black Panthers and Sinners.

when you got kids that is no longer your own choice.

Brother I seen Minecraft THREE TIMES ALREADY

pray for me one time right quick.

Cacs cant stop cacling

The one negative review is a C+ from Jason Escamilla of EskimoTV:

“Sinners ends with a powerful, surreal bang—but its slow buildup left me restless. A unique vision from Coogler, but whether the destination is worth the wait depends on your patience.”

Doesn't look like there will be a sequel huh

Michael B. Jordan: I mean, you know, I'm always… I'd be up for it. Not saying he wouldn't, but he calls the shots!

Ryan Coogler: I call the shots? Zinzi?! I mean, no, for me, my favorite movies are ones where it feels like a world was happening before, and a world is gonna happen after.

Jordan: Yeah, that you care about the characters, and that you wanna see what happened to 'em? What happened before?
