She was adapting. It was assumed that Natasha was teaching her how to lose/suppress her accent for covert op missions..like the one in Lagos in Captain America: Civil War.
ALL THE TIME?!?!?! I get it on missions, I'll give you when relaxing. But where was that accent at the end of WandaVision? At that point after something like this you revert back to default settings! It wasn't anywhere in the Dr Strange movie either.
I take it you never watched the series Burn Notice. Fiona, the Irish gun runner and protagonist Michael Westen's on and off boo had a noticeable Irish accent in the first season it went away quickly with no explanation. Gonna assume she lost it to better fit in when helping Michael on assignments.
It's funny you brought this up! I JUST started watching this maybe Wednesday last week. She would purposely talk in and out of it in that first episode. And then she dropped it when she decided to stay in Miami. We're going off away from the what the post was initially about. We can just agree to disagree.
