And thats why I enjoy women college ball a lot more than the men. We get a chance to know these players and watch them grow. Then follow them into the pros. You look at players like Fudd and Paige. Having to overcome injuries and to finally win a chip makes them that much stronger. And prepared for whatever comes next.
I do think it sucks for players like Strong. Not being able to declare early for the pros. But as of now, NIL money is much better than what she would get in the WNBA.
