The Last Dragon?
Sister Act 2 is a top 10 black movieNever saw sister act 2 and dont care either.

I posted this the first time somebody made this thread.. I said I'll easily trade black panther for last dragonThe Last Dragon?
And? Why should I care about a movie about nunsSister Act 2 is a top 10 black movie![]()
I agree lol. I didn’t think it was a black movie to begin with; let alone top 20 black movie lol. I was making a sarcastic statement on my original post lolAnd? Why should I care about a movie about nuns
56 percent of the black population is over 30This is a new generation. Most of the movies you old salts are talking about are for people who were born in the 1960s, 1970s, and possibly the early 1980s.
Those statistics are not favorable for Black Americans because 52% of the world’s population is younger than 30. Btw: I assume you’re referring to Black Americans.56 percent of the black population is over 30
I saw it for the first time and never bother watching that shit again.Black men don’t fuck wit the Color Purple like that.
They obviously were talking about black people in America and I posted the percentage of black people living in America.. this is what the list pertains to.. so lots of people in that demographic would be referring to that list.. mostly late 30s and upThose statistics are not favorable for Black Americans because 52% of the world’s population is younger than 30. These are all great choices, I've seen all those movies back then.
House party was my shit and still one of my fave comedies
Bah humbug at number 7
This what should be there
Depending on what era people are from, some will say last dragon and others will say black panther.Nah fam, Black Panther deserves a spot now. That shit was a cultural movement, had mfkrs

EVERYWHERE and to all blacks. That shit replaced the head nod for a whole damn summer.
I will say, I LOVE Last Dragon, but I've found that there are a lot of black women that have not seen it and had/have no interest in seeing it..... some of those same women saw BP, a few, multiple times. It is what it is

It's hard because I like both movies as well. I would rather put both of them on the list and remove others that I believe aren't on the same level as last dragon and black panther.
We had a thread about this.. I’ve said b4 people were in full support of black Panther and didn’t put the same energy into last dragon.. bp is the new movie..but last dragon is the old school classic.. plus people know I prefer the last dragon over black Panther anyday of the week.. I’ve gotten new people to see last dragon for the first time in recent yrs.. I’m always gonna be last dragon pernt blankNah fam, Black Panther deserves a spot now. It's a shame because black men actors don't get enough respect in these movies compared to black women as actresses.Bruh, I LOVE that movie. But I saw a topic on another site and a lot of black women had no interest in Bruce Leroy or the Shogun of Harlem....... shit hurt my soul fam..... really did.
