Didn’t bad bunny have to pay his ex girlfriend 40 million for using her voice on a track.. if she got 40 million for probably limited use than capri probably can make some money for being the theme song, outro for several seasons and for being in syndication for 30 yrs.. people have made money for less things so there’s definitely a shot at some money

If someone samples your voice for music, it's still your voice. The record label even owns only a portion of it.

That’s not how the gsme works though. I can put a picture of you on a shirt and make money off it and if you don’t own the picture ain’t nothing you can do about it. Same thing goes for a tv show or movie with your voice. Your voice is owned by that property. When Just Blaze sampled Russell Crow from Gladiator that isnt a property of Russell Crow.
Maybe it work different in this instance but I can’t see him owning and making money off a HbO property even if it is his own face.
