I considered her one of the finest in the game back in the day. That said, it is widely known that she has serious mental illness. She burnt all her bridges and fell out with everyone that has tried to help her. She can't join any reunion tours or even book cheap appearances. She has been passed around quite a bit for over 20 years and likely has a bunch of STDs. If I was managing her, I'd set her up on Onlyfans and Cam sites. She definitely would have an audience and her singing career has been over.
My man booked them for a performance in the 90's.
He said the contract was all worked out as far as everything that the group wanted/needed and it was all taken care of in advance.

I know 2 different promoters that booked her for appearances.One of them she tried the same BS. Showed up late and demanded more money. She tried to ghost the other one, after getting a deposit. She found out that he was the wrong one to do that to, so she returned the money and hadn't been seen much since. She was known to heavily frequent swingers parties back in the day. The R&B band I was the MD for opened for Lucy Pearl once. She was real cool, but then she started drinking. After she started drinking, she got REAL lippy with me. I'm talking all huggy & kissy.
