Moving to Panama in April is the right thing.
So one of my favorite islands to visit is Curaçao(highly recommend visiting) and it was one of the few places that didn’t have any Covid incidents. At the peak, Cacs where trying to get there by boat and their coast guard of the island said “Ah hell no, y’all ain’t coming over here” and turned their ass around. To visit you had to show your vaccination card or you were not getting on the island.
