Andrew Taake was charged in 2016 with an online solicitation of a minor after being allegedly nabbed during a sting by the Houston-area Internet Crimes against Children Task Force. The case originated out of Deer Park, and the Deer Park Police Department confirms it is now looking into the case again.

Woman pardoned for role in Jan. 6 riot sentenced over deadly drunk driving crash

Emily Hernandez, of Sullivan, Missouri, was arrested in January 2022 after the crash on Interstate 44 in Franklin County, according to previous reporting from USA TODAY. Victoria Wilson, 32 at the time, from St. Clair, Missouri, was killed in the crash, and her husband, Ryan Wilson, 36 at the time, was seriously injured, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said at the time.

…Theodore Middendorf was accused by Illinois prosecutors of "Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child." Prosecutors said in a court filing obtained by NPR that Middendorf "committed an act of sexual penetration." Indiana state records indicate that Middendorf's victim was 7 years old.

Middendorf entered a guilty plea in that case in May 2024 and was sentenced to 19 years in prison. He is currently registered as a sex offender in the state and remains in custody on those charges…
