Deion Sanders offered the Colorado job- Official Colorado season thread

Generational Talent, Who’s First? Cam Ward & Shedeur Sanders Trains with Select QB For NFL

Watching their careers closely, I would say Cam is the better pick. But to be fair. At UM, Cam clearly played in a better offense that had much more talent than Sheduer.

This coaches phone should be ringing off the hook...I will be interested to see how Drones from VT looks this year.
Yea should be his year to featured, seem like the rawest out the 3. Probably was on the least talented team with Colorado being first then Miami. Head to head vs Miami :thumbsup:

1.) Miami definitely has more talent than Colorado. Outside of Shedeur and Hunter the dropoff is massive. Drones has an accuracy issue and that cost VT a couple of wins this year...If he improves that, VT could be a very interesting team...

Oh ok, I thought Colorado had the better wideouts, secondary

So that left the lines and linebackers and running back along with tightnends

I just felt like Colorado probably had a better chance of stopping y’all than y’all had at stopping them.

Now with me saying all of this, I’m definitely showing I didn’t watch y’all at all.
I know your had a qb name Cam ward, y’all was often in shootouts, head coach name crystal ball

Cam and Shedeur are a push and we don't know how good your rb's are because y'all refused to run it. Our RB's are very very good....Wideouts (and Tight end) lean towards UM as far as I was concerned, probably more equal. Restrepo, George, Arroyo (TE) and Sam Brown eclipse Hunter, Horn and Wester to me. We should have played Joshisa Trader (5 star and Jeremiah Smith's HS teammate) should've played more to me but that's another story for another day smh. Will Sheppard was somewhat disappointing to me with some bad drops. I thought he was going to be special with Shedeur. Y'all definitely had a better secondary (at least corners, Shilo is ass to me but I really like 7 ), hell, everybody had a better secondary lol...Colorado couldn't stop the run and never faced an elite/good QB this year. Both sets of linebackers were underwhelming and can't cover slots even though I thought 41 was solid for y'all. Our O-line is elite with multiple guys who will play in the NFL. Mauigoa will be top 5 next year and we have 2 or 3 other 5 stars who played well this year. Cristobal can recruit the lines with the best in the nation. Our D-line has a hell of a lot of talent but our coordinator liked to stunt and do too much (glad they fired his ass). It doesn't really matter now, the season is over and both of us feel like our teams didn't achieve what they should've lol...

Yea this is spot on, we’ll kinda

Man seem like each week, someone was hyping up the other team qb, making them sound elite

Just like they had them white qbs ahead of Shedeur and Cam   (not yourself tho)

Very interesting how two different cats, speaking that Deion to the U shit.

If so I guess I’m being yelling the U…

I’m have to make sure I get to Colorado this year
All 3 of those dudes are heavily connected in S. Fla recruiting and HS sports so somebody has heard something before...I'm no fan of Deion's coaching or recruiting but I always felt that if he took a job in Fl that he would get so much support that he couldn't help but be successful. It also explains a little about why he has always associated more with Miami players/culture than FSU. With his legendary rep and the support that the schools in FL would provide financially, the Jeremiah Smith's, KJ Bolden's and TJ Moore's wouldn't make it out the state.

Right… I think he still trying to forming his coaching ummmmm style, scheme or whatever it’s called.

For his common connection with the U players, it’s probably a result of one thing… them ninajs seem like the kool kids and who don’t love the U…

As a youngster you couldn’t tell me I wasn’t going to the U, hell I didn’t even take ball serious like that

Colorado was the prefect feel good story for as timing. Him in Miami would be insane just from a location stand pernt, like you stated.

I was born in S. Florida and split my time 50/50 between there and ATL when my folks divorced, plus my neighbor (in ATL), Shannon Crowell, was a RB recruit for the 1987 squad and had 2 Natty Rings. My whole family are diehard Miami fans...I just knew I would be a Cane, too...lack of ability held me back  ... Make no mistake, Deion is a folk hero for baseball, basketball and football to all of us from S. Fla...

He's gonna be fine. He was hurt all year last year. If he was healthy he would have been in the transfer portal. We have a rebuilt oline, but we got WVUs oline coach so we should be better this year because the guy is apparently one of the best. I'm not expecting us to be USC to open the season but I'm not sure what to expect on the season but coach pry better not go 6-6 again or he's going to be on the hot seat.

I never know what to expect from VT either. There were years when I thought that they would struggle and they did well and vice versa. I do think that young QB coach is setting himself up for a big career. It's a major flex having Ward and Sanders under your leadership and both going in the top 5 and if Drones improves next year like I think, that dude will be able to name his price...hell, he might be able name it now lol

Fuck around have Deion at the U gonna have us thinking we could Blitz pickup in the 2 gap

Or cover the flats

That’s one of the worst kept secrets. Coach Prime always gave UM love. Even more than his Noles.

Miami has much better talent by far. If we coaches and staff, Prime has UM in the title game.

Despite being a great recruiter, Mario continues to underachieve
