Watched a story about their marriage. He had an enlarged heart they found when he got to the Colts so he had to retire after one year. They were living in Columbus where she was making 80k and he was making peanuts as a Grad Assistant. His first college coaching job made 40k and was in Toledo. He told her to stay put and they'd make it work long distance so she wouldn't have to leave her good position.
