Disney is notoriously petty for their cease and desists. As long as this spot flies under the radar they should be good. But if this spot blows up and a bunch of influencers have million view reviews of their food, Disney will fuck around and make them rebrand
You're right I've seen that happen, plenty of times.
Usually when a person make good money or have long lines and become popular is when they shit gets hot that they later get sued and have to rebrand and basically like starting all over again.
That's why these clubs never keep the same name, they constantly change names under new management.
