"NIGHTMARE EMPLOYEES" Gen Z Getting Fired For This Reason

They know it's all BS, and are reacting. Our past generation just dealt with it.
Truth is it is all BS.
They come out of school severely in debt. They can't afford basic standards, and the future looks bleak with current technology in the horizon likely to take their jobs away.
What would you do if this was your prospect.
Japan, and China are already dealing with this. It's just catching up in over here.
Hopefully generation Z will make an effective change....when they get older of course.

Younger vs older, male vs female, race vs race...methods of mass distraction.
All made up conflicts to keep people fighting each other so that another CEO doesn't get their wig split.

If they were quitting/ walking out/ leaving these jobs and branching out on their own and creating their own lanes that'd be one thing..... but that's not what's happening.....
These kids are leaving their jobs and then going back home to feed off of mommy/daddy.

I had to get it on my own, grit my teeth and find a way.
These kids want jobs to bend over for them and to accommodate them as if working for someone is something they're entitled too......
They keep skipping jobs like they grow on trees and the perfect job is going to fall into their lap l, eventually.
Ideally that would be great, however that's not how the real world works. The company/ employer sets the rules..... if you want the paycheck, you find a way to make your life work within their rules, or don't and work somewhere else.
This is what happens when you raise kids to believe identity and representation is just as important as performance.
These mfkaz think they get a paycheck like its a participation trophy.
I especially hate to see this in children of color. We really can't let our kids slip into that kind of thinking. We still have to be twice as good as them for a third of the recognition.
