2025 College Football Football thread

yeah and with this loss, Miami is likely out of the playoffs eventhough they only have 2 losses.
And the committee will rather have a 3 loss SEC team in the playoffs than a 2 loss ACC team.
We seen it happen with FSU even after they went undefeated and won their conf.
The ACC always gets the short end of the stick when it comes to football.
I don’t think any 3 loss SEC team is making the playoffs. If they were being fair, that should not even be a thought

The committee will still keep OSU in the playoffs despite this loss.

The only thing I hate about this 12 team playoff, is that it will always be loaded with SEC and Big 10 schools.
All conf Champs should get an At Large birth.
Then fill in the rest.
If we go by record I have

Oregon, OSU, Texas, Penn State, ND, SMU, Indiana, Boise , Tennessee

If Texas Beats UGA, Miami gets UGA spot

Continue planting flags thats awesome rub it in. NCAA needs to come out with a statement if you don't want the other team to plant a flag in a rivalry game then don't lose, if you lose walk away and cry in the car.

It's funny to me, because it's more of a statement, because the turf doesn't actually let them plant the flag.

I saw about four rivalry fights yesterday at the end of games over that shit. I'm like they should have had all that passion during the game.

This is crazy...they must have told him that he would be fired

I was thinking because they have so much money invested in Norvell, that they are paying him more than he was making at UCF. Norvell and him are peoples so he probably hooked him up.

NCAA more likely to make a statement saying it'll be heavily penalized. If it was just one game where a brawl broke out because of it, things probably would've been chill. There were like 3 or 4 of them jawns.

B!G came down heavy on Michigan and OSU

U see the new rankings?
Like i said....the committee favors a 9-3 SEC team over Miami any day.
Looks like Miami might be left out in the cold for these playoffs.
It would be the 2nd year in a row that the ACC has been left out.

Wrong SMU or Clemson is in.

forgive me......
SMU will drag Clemson.
but i was trying to make the point of how the committee would rather take a 3 loss SEC school over Miami in the playoffs.
which would again give the ACC the short end of the stick. no slight to SMU, cuz they been killin shit this year.

I heard for years the sec fan travel difference is the key…

Idk…

I remember years ago when Auburn play in Arizona against Duck Sauce

On tv that shit look about 60-40 Auburn
My peeps who went to the game, said that shit might’ve been even greater for Auburn

Yep...Leave NC State, their best offensive player just left via the portal and he could come back home and play in front of family (wishful thinking)...

It’s kool when y’all do it but a problem when we do it…

Shiid, I have said a thousand times...build depth via recruiting and cherry pick playmakers via the portal. Miami has been active in the portal every year since it has started. The difference is that we have brought in top 8 recruiting classes, too...Once you get 40+ players out of the portal, you end up with 40 dudes who expect to start right away and they end up as bitter dudes when they don't get starting spots (Mccaskill, Smoke etc)...

Was
A joke but this is true

Also Smoke probably wasn’t a good example….

He didn’t like how the team didn’t play as one…

A better example likely is Bishop Thomas, Slusher(who if I remember correctly didn’t come out the portal)

Not naming running is kinda fucked up tooo, running the ball been rough in Colorado
