Most women cheat and almost all women would cheat. Almost all men cheat. We got to get out this monogamy mindset. The reason most marriages end in divorce is because most people shouldn't be married. Marriage is the end goal for 90% of women but the vast majority of them don't need to be married. If men and women didn't expect every relationship to end in marriage we wouldn't be disappointed 90% of the time.

Me I cheat so I don't give a fuck if my woman cheats. So much so I couldn't tell you if any of my girlfriends ever did. None of them admitted it and I never caught one but I was never looking either so I wouldn't put it past them if they did.
