side note: that dude is in prison for life for murder....I said it before and I'll say it again.

Justified homicide if you ask me.. wasnt he raped while he was sleeping, than ended up killing the dude when he woke up
Nope, Kai was gay for pay and then he later murdered the dude that paid him, there was no rape....Kai lied.

Jurors in Union County convicted 30-year-old Caleb "Kai" McGillvary on Wednesday in the May 2013 death of 73-year-old lawyer Joseph Galfy.
The Canadian gained online fame after intervening in a 2012 assault on a California utility worker in Fresno. In the year that followed, McGillvary apparently hadn't stopped his hitchhiking lifestyle; authorities said he ended up in New York, where he met Galfy. After a few beers in Times Square, authorities said Galfy offered to let McGillvary stay at Galfy's home in New Jersey.
Police found Galfy's body in his home the next day; he had been beaten to death. Messages on the victim's phone linked him to McGillvary.
McGillvary was arrested in Philadelphia days later after a Starbucks barista recognized him from a news report. He alleged that he acted in self-defense following an attempted sexual assault, but prosecutors said his statements were inconsistent and also cited the victim's extensive injuries.
