Silly argument. Trump will snare Black people up in his mass deportation, federal stop and frisk program. This will not be just first generation Africans. There a many rural Southern Black people without birth certificates, passports and driver's licenses for a variety of reasons. All you have to do is sweep people up, bus them out to Mexico and make people "prove" their birthright.
