UPDATE: Donald Trump Takes Office as the 47th US President

Idk I wouldn't compare the Obama campaign to this, not saying she didn't do well but Obama was cutting pipe bomb level promos and was over like Roman reigns(oh no the mark on me is bleeding into other threads lol) I don't see the same movement, especially around this shit hole.(Which you abandoned to go live somewhere sane  ) Florida is dark red now

But I hope to God, Buddha, Krishna, and Darth Vader that you're right.

Man the early vote count for Miami-Dade pretty much tells the story of Florida. Registered Republicans killed it there. There's no chance Democrats can win without that county.

I looked into that legal weed bill. It's a shitty bill actually, as it disallows citizens of growing their own weed and gives the power to licensed marijuana sellers.
I use to work in the cannabis industry and those are essential guardrails many states use... Growing weed of yesterday is not the same as today... With the level of potency available now, you're asking for problems if you don't have those guardrails... The issue with FL which this amendment will organically impact, is breaking up the monopoly... FL is a vertical integration state, meaning one company controls all levels of the process from seed to sale and hence controls the pricing due to lack of competition... People aren't really aware of this but Trulieve white labels their bud across the state... Creating a recreational market will break that up, create more competition, better oversight on quality blah blah blah... No bill is perfect but this is for sure a step in the right direction for without a doubt

I'll take your word for it. I just don't trust FL state politics.

"Individuals would be allowed to possess up to three ounces of marijuana"

When I lived in Florida at the two homes we owned, I had orange, mango, avocado and lemon/lime trees. I even grew pigeon peas and sugar cane....Man real talk, if I still lived in Florida AND was a weed head, I would have it lining my property.

A lot of FL homeowners would do the same. Living in a tropical state? FOH lolz
Growing high grade hydroponic cannabis isn't easy(I would know as a former high grade cannabis growers both indoor and outdoors in Los Angeles and Salinas California) the grand majority would just buy it at the shops, still like I said the rules haven't been established. There would be legal challenges, meetings, ECT before all that was established. But as a start three ounces of weed is better than the current state of things and is a game changer if it passes(I have. My doubts seeing the dumb ass commercials they've been running saying weed causes more accidents than alcohol and a bunch of reefer madness bs)

Do the knowledge homie. No one controls the herb.

I fucking hate medmen, they were taking over in my finally go round in the weed biz and they where trying their best to be the apple store of weed. It was embarrassing, glad to see them fold after they took out so many of the little guys.(Even though I did work for one of the big boys lol)
