I don’t think it’s dying either, the board’s very active with up to date topics. The same updated topics on other social media outlets and more.

I was on this board and another board just like this one ( www.realestniggas.com ) for years. Before realestniggas closed down the site had started to get a lot of viruses. I believe that was the reason it finally closed. There have been other sites where they had to close because of the cyber attacks.
I had tried to ask the HNIC how I could go about opening up a site like this. I just don't have the patience or money to try to do it right now. But I had started a paper a long time ago called " THE SOUL PAPER " Soul stood for the science of understanding life. Time and circumstances could use a site similar to this.
It is sad when you have had your named legally changed over 20 years ago and still cannot use it. What I mean by that is that I legally had it changed by paying a probate judge and getting the paper work. But as far as putting it on my license and other things I will not do it until I feel I have earned it. I had my named changed to Original Black Nation. But laying the foundation is harder than what I thought. Until I see the foundation start materializing, that is when I know I have started earning that name.
Giving the white devils their names back is only one of the processes of breaking away from our success in life being determined by being a carbon copy of our slave master. I can't give up.

This here. I see BGOL lasting as long as it is maintained while slowly dying off. It won't attract alot of new members, but it will keep its core members for years.


BGOL is very nostalgic for me. I've been on here for 20 years which is the majority of my adulthood. I'm a much different person than I was 20 years ago and BGOL is one of the few things that I've maintained throughout the years. I'm not into porn nearly as much as I was 20 years ago but BGOL is a Swiss army knife for me. BGOL provides humor, advanced weather updates, exclusive war updates, news updates, fragrance recommendations,travel advice, sports entertainment, unique humor, and unique perspectives that I don't get in the other parts of my life. I do wish younger members would come in because they are having a much different "young male" experience that we did, but I appreciate what BGOL has and currently offers.

It's like a time machine. You can go back to threads over 20+ years ago and get information. There is a thread for every black history moment this century. I remember a thread asking about Obama. A couple weeks ago It had just expired and I had the chance to bid $32 for it, but my cheap ass was trying to wait until it was free, I didn't know it was going to go in a goddamn holding pattern where nobody can buy it. I would have just dropped $32, I got the grip, But I was being cheap
