It is a slow progression. Studios will only invest in franchises they think will make money.
Hence Deadpool 3. Even though the movie sucked they put money into it.
Fans got hyped and went to see it. But got burnt because it sucked.
Deadpool 4 will be a dud (if they make one).
The complete fall off will happen soon enough.
Why? Because fans do not want to go to the movies and make a comedy a blockbuster it.
Remember "When Harry Met Sally"? "Forrest Gump"?
Never again. No one is going to see those types of movies in a theatre.
So studios gonna make Venom 4, Aliens 15, Jurassic Park 55.
This movie was for interracial rape fetish people.. I forget that other garbage franchise that happened to deal with the boss making his employee his s&m slut, this is for those people. Movie is garbage
When Harry met Sally and Forest Gump weren't blockbuster projects as far as funding projects.. movies been garbage since the turn of the millennium.. hell look at the first matrix compared to the next 2 flicks... 2 and 3 cost more but they weren't close to being as good as the first one story was and just overall entertaining.. but both the sequels made a shitload of money.. like I said just cause it cost a lot don't automatically means it's good.. like I said b4 there's plenty of lower budget flicks that are way more entertaining..saw, identity, district 9, 28 weeks later, raid redemption , etc

1st one was a big set up but was well shot.
2nd one was lack luster with the worst action scenes ever.
The big villains died like bitches.
I paid to see BOTH of them in theatre.

That’s the second time somebody said the first movie was boring.. it was a snooze fest that was a struggle to get to the end.. hell by the end you didn’t give a fuck if the whole cast died as long as them credits came with it you would’ve been happy that the end was there

During that time I had a temp gig. I also purchased movies tickets through my old job for $9 bucks because of the employee discount. So I have a lot of tickets left over.
You never thought about getting that monthly movie theatre where it cost $25 a month and you can see up to 3 movies a week?..that’s 12 movies a month.. decreases the price significantly and get more bang for your buck.. I believe its another one where you get 6 tix a month for $20
nah the move was decent, the concept of the movie was dope. Beautifully shot and untl they show the you shit about what's really going on it seems like they are just smoking and laughing and wilding out of stupid shit but the real shit they show you later and then all of a sudden all the smoking, laughing and wilding out was on that bullshit. This movie is worth the time investment. I thought the plot was pretty damn original and they did not reveal too much until it was time. Boring is not what I would call the movie after you've seen it.
