The shooters walked into Shot Guns and did not interact with the girls. They watched him and his friends the entire time and left when they left. Since they were shooting to kill, I do not think they were trying to rob them. I don't know if Williams got caught up with them before hand. But it seems that way. They were definitely targeted.
