U.S. Military Cleared To Use Lethal Force Against Americans... So It Begins

Law enforcement is practically military now. They model their training after them and style after them.

You have to be careful getting pulled over, they may not be used to talk back and Civil Rights.

That was not the same thing I’m talking about. Calling the national guard for riot control is not the same thing as what this new proposal is discussing. It’s more about conducting combat operations against citizens on American sosoil.
Cap. 100% I belive you didn't read the article. I don't trust this gov but distorting the facts completely erodes the ground on which you stand.
Reissued on September 27, 2024, this directive governs the Department of Defense's (DoD) intelligence activities and now includes provisions authorizing lethal force in certain circumstances when assisting civilian law enforcement. While the directive forbids assassination, it opens the door to lethal interventions under "national security" conditions….

And you think the Little Rock 9 was an example of the verbiage? You are missing the mark there.

The intent is to bolster law enforcement in circumstances where law enforcement expertise will not accomplish mission goals. That’s the same point which SASO/CMO/LE become combat. All they need is the spark.

I think We both agree this is a no-go.

However, I’m explaining how they are going to justify going full kinetic on the population. The scenario did not fit for the LR9, but it very much would in today’s operational environment. We have people who This allows them to conduct full military operations on American soil, against American citizen, with just enough legalese to make it get past everyone.

Chaos and disorder from a civilian might cause problems for somebody coming out of the military or has gone through training modeled after Boot Camp.
