Don't be simple. I was asking what part of the video you disagreed with, because you called the man "a fool". But since you're incapable of answering, I'll move on.
There are several hate crime bills for Black people on the federal level: -The Civil Rights Act (1968) -The Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act (1994) -The Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act (2009) -The Emmett Till Antilynching Act (2022) All passed and signed into law by Democrats. He's a fool.

Can’t believe the SC is setup the way it is? No term limits, no ethics, basically do whatever the fuck they want and outside of death no way to remove them.

How in the world? Who thought that was a bright idea for the most powerful body in the country?
The system is designed with checks and balances, but it's also built with the notion that the people running said system would be ethical and reasonable. I'm sure that in the founders' minds, the idea that the system would corrupt enough to put prejudiced judges into high courts wasn't considered. They probably imagined it would never get that bad.

But the reason that we have gotten into the state we are in is because the most prevalent check to the system that exists is the American voter. We are supposed to hold our elected officials accountable and remove them when they fail to meet our best interests. But the rhetoric, the misinformation, and the outright ignorance and hate that leads the fraction of voters that bother to make their voice heard doesn't hold that to bear anymore (if it ever truly did).

Especially female Republicans, a lot of them are disgusted by Trump
