It's called a job. I am sure noone likes everyone at their gig but the job has to get done.
It seems like Malcolm has about the same talent level as Demond Wilson, I could even see them playing father and son.
Well as you can see the collective issues caused the show to get cancelled before they made the 100 episodes (which would have made both of them a nice amount of $). Without those issues they more than likely would have made & exceeded the 100 episode mark.
