People in the comments seem to think this is directed at CM Punk but I beg to differ.

1. In AEW Punk did work with the mid card guys.

2. Punk isn't a legend.

Jericho has worked with the younger talent though. Maybe it is EDGE.
Jericho has used younger talent to help keep himself relevant. He used young talent with the Inner Circle (Sammy Guevara), the JAS and now with "The Learning Tree." There is no reason why Jericho's "Learning Tree" bullshit should be on TV, Jericho is just using others to keep himself on TV.

Edge and Christian to be honest both are guilty of it too.

Cody was probably making a generalization, but I agree with your first point, I don't see this as shots thrown towards Punk, even though wrestling Twitter wants to make it so.

I wonder how this will play into the Bloodline now with Rock and Roman over Tribal Chief and High Chief. Everyone assumed Rock would be cheered earlier this year with the announcement of the match, but it didn't turn out that way. Imagine Roman coming back now?

This could get interesting especially if they run the angle that Roman is coming back to do this for his father. Run Cody's angle right back on him lol.

Saturday Night's Main Event is still the best produced wrestling television program ever imo. That show was a game changer.
Saturday Night's Main Event is my first ever wrestling memory from the late 80s.
I remember being over at my parents' friends' house and seeing it come on one Saturday night.
All I remember was Andre the Giant and Hogan were on, but I've been hooked ever since.
That NBC production was top notch back in the day.

One of my fondest Saturday Night's Main Event memories was when The Brainbusters (Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard) defeated Demolition (Ax and Smash) for the WWF Tag Team Championships in a two out if three falls match. I was shocked, since Demolition was damn near unstoppable. Had to have been 1988 or 89..

TK back on the coke again if he believes this.

I mean what’s the competition ? WWE? TNA? If we are talking about companies with women divisions I’d say WWE with NXT got them beat but at the same time he’s selling his brand and they seem to be doing some good stuff I’m not a fan of their division but many are.

Mentioning Ambrose in 2024……yeah I definitely can see him coming back by years end lolz.

I can't see Ambrose/Moxely coming back to WWE anytime soon.
It was reported he signed a long-term deal with AEW, he probably makes a lot more in AEW than he did in WWE, his wife has a job there, he gets to be one of their top guys, gets to have as many hardcore/deathcore matches as he wants, and even gets to wrestle in outlaw mudshow promotions on the side.
No reason for him to leave that gravy train for now.

Seemd like he likes beating the shit out of himself. He will always be a mid carder in WWE. But with the Shield he’s a main event guy. But the thing is Seth and Roman have progressed so far from that it makes no sense. A reunion will be cool. I never been a fan and still not a fan. I don’t even understand what he does so he just wrestles anywhere but AEW these days?

He made the comment that AEW has the best women's wrestling IN THE WORLD right now. As a Stardom and Marigold watcher I know this to be false.

Welp......the biggest BGOL AEW hater is going to Dynamite tonight. Lolz I'll post pics. Taking my son and enjoying some wrestling, even if it's a glorified mud show. Lolz

WAIT WAIT WAIT!!!!!...You're going to see a live AEW Dynamite show????...:eek2:........DID HELL FROZEN OVER AND I DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT IT??........WOW!!, I can't believe this!!!

On the real, You and your son have a good time!!..It's nothing like going to see a live Wrestling Event!!....

WWE top women are much better so are NXT but overall skills wise it probably goes

Aew at the bottom, then TNA, WWE, then NXT, but I just day those Japanese girls go fucking hard. Marigold and stardom have to have by far the best females when it comes to pure wrestling skill, with WWE training/storylines (and learning English for fucks sake... looking at you iyo and asuka) they would be unstoppable

That shit I just can’t get with. I like some of the wrestlers that come from over there and make the transistion but I can’t get with that shit. I don’t knock those that do I’m glad they exist I just don’t like that shit. I think Asukw and Iyo are dope tho.

Enjoy the mud show!
Made it!

LMAO, this guy is wearing a CM Punk t-shirt and security told him "we need to know where you're sitting" so he wouldn't be on the hard camera.

Man, I'm standing in line with my son waiting on some nachos and chicken fingers, the AEW crowd is definitely giving off Indy show vibes. These people are fucking sloppy.
