So talking about it without getting congress and senators involved is just a circle jerk. getting reparations paid by the states will never happen cause the funds would be covered by the federal government and even if it passes a state legislature like California the GOP will sue,it will go to court and be struck down as unconstitutional because it will violate laws giving exclusive benefits to 1 racial group. this is all just con game fools talking shit who dont know how this thing has to be done to even get it to votes.
