He was in the wrong business, it takes many years to build up trust to handle investments tied up for decades. With his criminal conviction, he was starting in a serious deficit. This is why white banks and investments attract our money over black institutions due to many decades, centuries even though they engage in criminal conduct all the time.
He should have started out in E commerce, retail, selling cereal, whatever. Master P setting up a bank would have significant trouble even with FDIC insurance.
After many decades of selling Snoop cereal, they could eventually use that relationship to setup a bank or Tulsa Real Estate Investment Fund. I mentioned this before it all started.
I would get rid of the flashy suits and look more conservative, with dark single breasted suits. Wear thick rim glasses looking like a nerd. I would get rid of the goatee. I would have pictures of your investment properties or pouring over financial reports.
At least four Presidents have used controlled substances in violation of Federal Laws but were not convicted. Two were accussed of rape. One President was actually convicted of perjury and lost his law license. This hang up about being a convicted felon, I don't know.

CEOs, Wealthy men, and others who push industry always have clean shaven faces. Like you said he needs to change up his image. Donald Trump fighting cases daily and he wears that basic ass business suit because it gives an image. Even on the golf course he wears that old school outfit for golfing. Jay in that photo reminds me of Malcolm X in his Detroit Red days with them flashy suits.
