I agree people probably shouldn't be crucified for every non-PC thing they say in private. I also agree that presently most of Jim's hate is coming from AEW fans. But one cannot just dismiss some of the things that Jim says on his public podcast that could be construed as being sexist or racist or xenophobic or say it's just sour grapes. That's why I like he's co-host because he will on occasion call Jim out on some of the shit he says. The backlash over the joke Cornette made on NWA was an overreaction to an old and outdated joke.
If you listen to Cornette he uses a lot of old 70s and 80s style jokes, some of which are not politically correct today and that triggers all the snowflakes out there who think everyone has to be PC.
The anti-Cornette hate is even worse from the AEW/indy/anti-WWE stans who try to get him cancelled damn near every week now.
We all say stuff in private, that if someone secretly recorded us and got out, would make us all look bad when taken out of context.
Hell, we're all on a porn board right now.
What would happen if everyone at your job found out you post regularly on here and even quoted some of your posts for everyone to see?
Would that be fair to paint you a certain way just because of that?
