Has anyone listened to their podcast? I've been posting their tweets for a couple years and never checked their YouTube channel.
They'll be back together by the end of the summer. I expect the Bloodline (Roman and Usos) to feud with the Bloodline 2.0 (Solo, Tama and Jacob Fatu) at Survivor series through WrestleMania next year.Someone please slap tripple H and make that man put the Usos back together, they're dog shit by themselves.
Wish they would out Jacob with the Usos, feel their personalities would match a lot better and solo and tama are kinda bland imo. They'll be back together by the end of the summer. Looks like the strategy worked. That's a good rating for "Collision" as they usually only get around 300,000/400,000 viewers. There are those who were wondering why they didn't have Swerve come out last week on Dynamite and open the show with a celebration promo. It was said the reason they didn't do that was because they wanted him to wait and do it opening "Collision" with the benefit of the NBA Playoffs lead in. That way you get new eyeballs on your World Champion.
I think Jacob would get buried behind the usos. Kind of want them to put all of them in their own alliance and let them work..Wish they would out Jacob with the Usos, feel their personalities would match a lot better and solo and tama are kinda bland imo.
But I think ultimately you're right.
Yeah I think Jey is doing well but as a fan he’s so limited in the ring.Someone please slap tripple H and make that man put the Usos back together, they're dog shit by themselves.
So he couldn’t do a promo on Dynamite and Collision?
Cody did a promo on both RAW and Smackdown after winning the championship at WM.So he couldn’t do a promo on Dynamite and Collision?
This is actually a rare professional response from TK. The real story here is Goldberg wanted TK to give him the bag and TK told him to kick rocks. Now all of a sudden AEW is too cheesy for Goldberg.
Because he’s the champ? Why do that though? Swerve isn't MJF on the mic.
Cody did a promo on both RAW and Smackdown after winning the championship at WM.
There's no reason Swerve couldn't have done the same.
Dynamite is the first show after your PPV and your first chance to make an impression with the viewers.
You always have the new babyface champion cut a promo thanking the fans o the show immediately after.
More botched booking by TK and AEW thinking they're smarter than they are.
Shit how did I miss this
That’s what I’m saying….because if it was Ospreay I bet he would’ve had him do promos to open up your show. Validate your champ because you already got your most popular wrestler holding a secondary title and probably would have him main event with that title.
Man it ain’t got shit to do with race because Willow had her moment on Dynamite. You chose to bring up race. I brought up Ospreay because he would’ve opened up Dynamite as a champ. All I’m saying is give Swerve a legit shot to carry the title they take a hit on ratings they gonna blame his title reign even though they fumbling out the gate. This is the stuff I was afraid that was gonna happen. Whenever a black person becomes champion it turns into a racial thing where every move gets put under a microscope in comparison to the white counterpart. I absolutely hate that shit.

Bro, you really gonna act like Black champions (in all promotions) have not traditionally been mishandled and not given a fair chance to succeed? She didn't open up the show as you said they should've done with Swerve. The comparisons aren't the same.
Yeah, the white counterpart but it isn't about race.
Where's the fumble? They're up against the NBA/NHL playoffs right now. Dynamite was aired during the playoffs. Collision was aired after. Why would I waste a celebration (because they're can only be one) promo on a show with fewer people watching than a show with a strong NBA lead in?
Bro, you really gonna act like Black champions (in all promotions) have not traditionally mishandled and not given a fair chance to succeed?
Not having your newly crowned champion on first is a bad look, regardless of race, I don't care what the circumstances were.
They could have been up against the Super Bowl, it's still the same.
Wouldn't have made a difference with the ratings, as AEW fans don't care about ratings, but the optics of giving Jericho and others a spotlight over the promotions top champion on the first TV show after a PPV don't look right.Yes, there's a tradition of black champs being mishandled but are you gonna tell me having Swerve open up Dynamite with a promo would've made any difference in the ratings? If anything they gave him a better chance to succeed by having him give that promo on Collision when more people were watching. Nobody is gonna blame Swerve's reign for low ratings when you're facing heavy competition and if someone does they're being disingenuous.

Imagine having Cody show up on Smackdown the following Friday after Mania instead of having him show up on Raw the night after. It would have been a dumb ass decision and folks all over would have criticized WWE for not having Cody on Raw, even though the Raw champion, Priest, was on the show too.
Swerve should have been given a promo/spotlight on their first show post PPV, regardless of the competition of the night.
That's how I know that AEW shit run too deep because now people pretending like black champs ain't been done wrong in the past lol....but like you said regardless of race its a bad look and yeah I don' tthink they would've done it with Ospreay. Its nothing on Swerve....he deserve the title. But wrestling promotions hasn't earned my good faith....WWE or AEW or TNA or whoever.Bro, you really gonna act like Black champions (in all promotions) have not traditionally mishandled and not given a fair chance to succeed?

Man forget the fandom and the race shit or whatever triggered you...you telling me it didn't catch you off guard that his big title win.....the next time we see him he just wrestle like any other program? That shit didn't throw you off?Let's not act like Swerve wasn't on the show. He was ON THE SHOW he just didn't cut a promo. Hell, he wrestled in the first match when the show is at it's most watched point. He got the spotlight. Jericho, Toni Storm, Willow, Moxley, etc appeared on the show when the viewership dropped.
Yeah, he was ON THE SHOW. And? So was Kommander and Jay Lethal.Let's not act like Swerve wasn't on the show. He was ON THE SHOW he just didn't cut a promo.
