Literally everything you typed here is not true lol. It's a lot of promises presidential candidates make that usually never happen for whatever reason. I remember a few promises that someone made like "the first day in office I will close Guantanamo Bay down, or my first day in office I will sign a law to codify abortion. So I personally don't put a lot of stock in the reversal of Civil rights laws. On another hand I would rather we get human rights and not Civil rights anyway. Civil rights falls under the commerce clause which means they don't see Black people as human. White folks don't need "civil rights' they have human rights and that shit don't come up for a vote every 20 years.
Show proof of anyone saying they would sign a law codifying abortion on their first day.
A new Congress would have had to pass an abortion law through both chambers to have it on his desk for day one for him to sign, and he would have zero control over that.
And the commerce clause extended the CRA, but the parts of the CRA that didn't deal with interstate commerce such as school desegregation, and forbidding discrimination in federal programs.
Your Republicanism has you championing getting rid of the CRA which says a lot about where your head is at.
