First the Edge/Copeland forced damage control to open Dynamite and now the FTR promo on Collision....LMAO this shit reeks of desperation. Pathetic. Eric Bischoff or Paul Heyman themselves would have been out there addressing fans but TK is sending the troops out there instead. Clown shit.

The irony of him talking to a bunch of empty seats about how great everything is in AEW right now is funny and sad at the same time. LOL

I didn't watch the Jay White/Billy Gunn match as I lost interest in Dynamite shut if off, but seeing clips online really made me question your boy TK's direction.....looks like he had zero offense and basically looks like a cruiserweight facing off against Brock Lesnar.

He was a game changer dammit!

And forcing Dax, who's supposedly one of Punks boys, to do this isn't lost on how pathetic this makes TK look.
I won't go so far to say that Dax is being "forced" by TK to respond to Punk's comments.
I think in Dax's case, he just felt the need to say something in order to butter up to TK and not have it seem like he agrees with Punk.
Punk even mentioned during his interview that he didn't want his friends in AEW to get in any trouble.
So this is Dax's way of distancing himself from Punk so he stays in the good graces of the money mark.

Good point...the optics of it though. Sending Edge and sending (allowing) Dax make it all look terribly handled.

The best response AEW could have made was NO response. Instead, they open their show on some Rah Rah stuff, days after they fired talent, have a number of references to Punk within the show, and then have Dax address the crowd on the taped show to again fire the crowd up to think everything is fine.....

Just like what I was saying in a previous post. Jay White's booking in AEW has been horrendous. He can't be a big deal if you don't book him like one.

He was supposed to be a draw lolz

@0utsyder I'll give you props on predicting WWE slowly working with other companies....but man, Jay White ain't drawing a nickel...probably can't draw a stick figure either.

You have to look at where he is at. Everybody thought that Tony Khan would get better with booking over time. He really hasn't, BUT if you look at Jade Cargill. The response she's got from the WWE Universe for someone that really wasn't a wrestler to a green-like Goldberg run in AEW. The initial pop she got at Royal Rumble, by your metrics she shouldn't have been that popular. I am SUPER behind on Smackdown, but is she over? Has her wrestling improved, or is it tribal where she was garbage in AEW, but magically he is SO much better in WWE now without much improvement?

You can't make shine out of shyt. I don't want to sound like this Jay White mark, but certain wrestlers don't translate well into other promotions NJPW was more wrestling less Promo. AEW is kinda the same way and when they try to do promo's they REALLY suck! Not a lot of Indy wrestlers do promos. A lot of their work is done doing flippy shyt.

I know I said before wrestlers going to other promotions, people go down these rabbit holes about wrestlers when information is leaked that they're going to other promotions. You see their best work, compilations, etc... I think that is what happened with Jade. And if Jay White were to go to WWE he would be a draw as the WWE machine is SO much better at marketing. This new regime doesn't help either as compared to the Vinnie Mac regime. Vince wouldn't have Michael Cole pop the way he does for Jade. It is a whole ecosystem to get people over. From leaked signings to Naomi scratching Jimmy and Solo's faces out of a family photo, WHILE working at Impact.

It is a new era, it isn't the Only game in town anymore. It's we can all eat off of the marks equally.

FTR needs to go back to WWE.

It's 50 people in the stands

That actually would be a better explanation than a human being behind this list.
It's honestly the only thing that could explain it, some of the choices make so little sense that I refuse to believe it wasn't either Ai, someone throwing darts at a dartboard with wrestlers names while blindfolded, or someone letting their illiterate child choose names and order them.

So clearly there was an alien who we made watch WWE for the last 75+ years. BUT this alien was savagely beaten and raped by women wrestlers wearing Vince McMahon masks every 4 hours. While a steady stream of Cold Duck was intravenously pumped into its system. He's the one that came up with that list.
