Trump : "no one will insure my $464M bond"

One of them super rich fools will put up that 10% but it comes with a lot of favors.

Elon Musty,Bill Gates, one of em who doesn't want to be known right out might.
He is on his own on this one, super rich want him to fall flat on his face. They take pleasure in seeing other rich people fail especially ones who have been faking it to fit in.

Guess that RNC bag his daughter in law has secured isn't as big as they thought it was but, they will steal what ever is there. Fuck the broke azz Diaper Don.
That bread can only be used for legal fees, not to pay judgments
Trump does have multiple properties that he can pay or cover that $464 million bond but properties aren't liquid. Not to mention the true value of a property can be highly subjective.

If he had $464 million liquid, this wouldn't be an issue for him.

The powers at be all knew Trump was never gonna be able to pay that amount. Cause ask yourself, what person on earth do you know that has nearly half a billion dollars liquid.
Real billionaires do.

Bezos keep 10 billi liquid on deck, for example.
Bill Gates keep 60

Where you get 10% from?
He still has SCOTUS on his side, so he still has a chance of beating a lot of this.
SCOTUS can't help his ass with this one.

Betcha he offering all the presidency can offer, with the promise that he will be reelected. And then a promise to stay pres like Putin. You'll always have friends in high places they say.

he probably has loans against them already....
This is exactly way why.

Watched a video on YouTube that just covered his New York properties and all were either mortgaged to the hilt or he was just a partial owner.

He is only 30% owner in Trump Tower for example. When you are part owner in most things, the other parties can be a bitch to work with if you try to sell it get equity or of it. No insurance company wants to deal with that shit. If he was 100% owner, that would be different.

He is only part owner in most of his real estate holdings.

this is his worst nightmare....being exposed as a non billionaire, failed businessman

I don't understand the language of short people in shorts with short money

If he gets back in office, he can go back to making money off of it.

he is and always has been a bad businessman that left wayyyyy to many people on the hook. these insurers seen if he can't pay people who've done work for him or even his lawyers how he gonna pay them back 460 milly? leticia and new york tried to tell yall he was inflating his property numbers and this just another confirmation. they don't want those to fool with those either

Not sure what we're doing here boss
what's the confusion? if he gets back in office he will be making money off it like before. What's not to understand? People will pay for access like before.

what changed since he left office that caused these income streams to slow down? He was the same shitty businessman before, during, and after.

This deal raised ethical concerns, as it could be seen as kickback for Kushner’s actions in the White House or an attempt to gain favor as Trump seeks another presidential term in 2024.

@sammyjax

Reading between the lines here, the real situation is that no one with big money believes in him anymore.

Because like folks are saying, it would be a huge deal to have him owing you money if you thought that he would be back in the White House. But there are enough obstacles to that that no one is willing to bet on him.

And that's not mentioning that becoming his money source for this would immediately put said billion-dollar entity under extra scrutiny. You aren't just a big money organization at that point. You are suddenly the biggest money lender to the potential president of the United States. Any dirt you have on the surface or even buried is probably going to be dug up during the election cycle.

So no one wants to soak all of that risk for very little chance of reward. Because even if Trump were to make it back into the big chair, he is unreliable as hell, and there's no telling if "Mr. Don't Pay His Bills" would even be beholden to a debtor on any big order calls, anyway.

Why Kush and Ivanka leaving the homie on stuck though?
Saudi Arabia want that money back what they gave Kush so he can’t really spend too much of it right now. You know someone else mention this, but I think the DOJ Slow rolled Trump just to embarrass him and to show the world that he is broke let’s see what happens but it’s interesting.

Special Counsel Jack Smith Just Said he has Trump’s cell phone data from Jan 6 during the riot.
This is Bad news for Jim Jordan.Image
records show Jim Jordan spoke with Trump on the phone multiple times on January 6, 2021.
Jack Smith has the tapes.
Jim Jordan also forwarded a controversial text message before that day, which laid out a strategy to overturn President Joe Biden's Electoral College victory.

Jack Smith’s decision to charge only Trump and list a half dozen co-conspirators may be an indication that this is just the initial indictment and that Smith is going to try and put pressure on the other six to move over to become cooperating witnesses.
Jack Smith Received Unexpected Gift From The GOP House.
The GOP House handed Jack Smith 44,000 hours of footage to help him in an indictment of the GOP members of congress who assisted Trump in conspiring “to overturn the presidential election and overthrow the government.”

Legal Experts tell us, "This will help Jack Smith indict over 200 GOP members of congress who assisted Trump in conspiring to overturn the presidential election and overthrow the government.”
TED CRUZ could get indicted.Image
TED CRUZ has ties to John Eastman, a longtime friend and author of key legal memos in Trump’s efforts.
John Eastman was indicted in Georgia alongside Trump and 17 others for trying to overturn the 2020 Election.

Records show TED CRUZ worked directly with Trump to concoct a plan that came closer than widely realized to keeping Trump in power.

Inside Ted Cruz’s last-ditch battle to keep Trump in powerThe Texas senator’s effort alienated some allies and sparked questions about ties to John Eastman, a longtime friend and author of key legal memos in Trump’s efforts.https://www.texastribune.org/2022/03/28/ted-cruz-donald-trump/
As Eastman outlined a scenario in which Vice President Mike Pence could deny certifying Biden’s election, Cruz crafted a complementary plan in the Senate.
TED CRUZ proposed objecting to the results in six swing states and delaying accepting the Electoral College results on Jan. 6 in favor of a 10-day “audit” — thus potentially enabling GOP state legislatures to overturn the result.
Legal Experts tell us, "Ted Cruz should be Indicted because he's dangerous proposal could very easily have put us into a territory where we got to the inauguration and there was not a president.”
Retired Judge Michael Luttig: “Once Ted Cruz promised to object, January 6 was all but foreordained, because Cruz was the most influential figure in the Congress willing to force a vote on Trump’s claim that the election was stolen.....He was also the most knowledgeable of the intricacies of both the Electoral Count Act and the Constitution, and the ways to exploit the two.”Image
Legal Experts tell us, "Special Counsel Jack Smith may end up Indicting Ted Cruz for this.”
Lindsey Graham could also face indictment for trying to help Trump overturn the 2020 election.Image
A report released In September revealed that a special grand jury investigating efforts to overturn Georgia's 2020 presidential election results recommended indictments against a much larger group than prosecutors ultimately charged, including one current and two former US senators.
The nine-page report showed jurors recommended charges against 39 people, compared to the 18 who were charged along with former president Donald Trump.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said Lindsey Graham Suggested He Find A Way To Toss Legal Ballots.
Brad Raffensperger: "I couldn't do that."
Legal experts are telling us, "Jack smith may have what he needs to indict Lindsey Graham."
Former U.S. Attorney Barbara McQuade said Lindsey Graham is not off the hook because Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis did not indict him and that he could be looking at a federal indictment.Image
Barbara McQuade: "The fact that this special grand jury recommended that he be indicted, it does indicate that he has some criminal exposure here...... it could be that his lawyer requests immunity for him to testify. If that is not received, then he may refuse to testify."Image
Barbara McQuade thinks Jack Smith may Indict Lindsey Graham.Image
Barbara McQuade: "even if Fani Willis isn't going to charge you there's a possibility he'd be charged federally."Image
If Graham is indicted, it will likely mark the end of his 30-year political career, which began way back in 1993 when he was first elected to the South Carolina House of Representatives.Image
