Multiple outlets are reporting that MindRiot Entertainment and producer E. Brian Dobbins are teaming up to produce a fictional movie centered around June's OceanGate Titan submersible tragedy, which killed CEO Stockton Rush and four other passengers during a trip to the 'Titanic' wreck site.
