If by the top you mean beat Beterbiev and or Dimitry Bivol? No. Shit hell no. We have yet to see him in a 50/50 fight. All of his fights so far he's been a -5000 to -10000 favorite.

He has a ways to go although I think he has the skills. The Eastern Europeans run 175 but I'll put him in the top 15 clearly. I wouldn't mind seeing him against a Craig Richards right now or some middle tier fighter like that to give him some stiff competition instead of putting him in there with folks he can clown around and make fun of like its a sparring match.

The timelines not even gonna match for Whittaker to fight them as they'll likely move up to CW before Whittaker gets to the top level, the big fights at 175 for him that'll make sense financially to generate revenue domestically will be Yarde and Buatsi down the line when they step him up.
