Why all these people try to find every kind of way to lose weight without DIETING OR EXERCISING. I always see ads on social media for all kinds of teas, body creams, powders, bodysuits, etc.... and people all the comments wanting to try the product thinking they can use the product, still eat a bucket of chicken and still lose weight, I saw some pills that actually said you can take 2 of the pills, eat the plate of fried chicken wings in the pic and the pills would absorb the fat from the wings..lol
And that’s the point. She gave her husband what she felt he deserved, and now serving up pussy to men who won’t invest half as much into her as he did. And, I just fucked a “used to be fat” chick. It’s a loooooooooooooooooot of stretchmarks and loose skin. And this one had the skin removed so it’s a looooooooot of scarring. They don’t look good naked.

I’ve done both keto and calorie counting and from my experience calorie counting is the key to fat loss. You get faster fat loss with high intensity training too!
I would basically get up in the morning:
Eat one slice of Ezekiel bread with butter or small bowl of Fiber One cereal or a Kind protein bar.
Dinner would be one can of tuna fish from Trader Joe’s with One Egg cheese wake up wrap. I would add some broccoli and few plantain chips.
Lastly at night I would eat a protein bar with almond milk
