I'm honestly tired of Kevin Hart in all of these roles. He's the same EXACT character in every movie. Roland would have competently been played by a myriad of other, more talented actors. Just to name a few...

I have yet to see a video game adapted movie that didn't suck.
At the very least they could've added rotoscoping to make it look like it was cel-shaded..similar to this

Don't get me wrong, I fucks with the Borderlands video game franchise (BL2 is probably an all time great). But this film looks like it's going to be terrible. Similar to how another video game turned film, Monster Hunter, sucked ass.
I don't think the video game humor of BL is going to translate well on screen (unless the writing is on point). Else it'll just be Deadpool but a lot less funny.
