I never "got" this QT Marshall character. Never understood who he was nor why people talked highly of him. He always came off as a lame. I guess CM Punk not wanting him on camera in AEW (as was rumored) didn't do him any favors on getting an NXT gig, especially since CM Punk has been so involved in NXT since returning.
Takes a bigger man than me to go crawling back like that, I might just chill in the Indies or run a wrestling school, especially with how he left.
I always thought he was wack!!..That QTV shit they had on Rampage was corny as hell..I'm glad that they ended that BS!!
Good. She still hasn't had a chance to appear on a weekly show yet and get non PPV audiences to see her work in a real match. Having her appear in the Elimination Chamber would have been too much too fast. She is still green and needs to slowly work her way up the ladder. Having her at the EC would have been a recipe for disaster if she isn't ready yet...
Yeah, I know the marks want her on TV already beating everyone like she did in AEW, but she still needs a lot of training and needs to unlearn a lot of the bad habits she picked up in AEW. She's basically a developmental talent at this point.

She's too raw. AEW must've really fucked her up to the point WWE got these training wheels on her. So far its working though.
I'd actually say its masterful what they've done. They're building up hype but sprinkinling her in here and there. Her hype through the roof after the Rumble.

She's basically having to unlearn all the bad habits she picked up in AEW where she only had squash matches 1-2 times per month.
She never had the opportunity to really work on her in-ring skills.
Jade was just thrown out on TV and given a belt way before she was ready for prime time.
Her character in WWE is already being built up through their social media and documentaries.
WWE is playing the long game and looking at her as a long-term investment.
That's a major difference between WWE and AEW.
AEW fans want their favorites to be given everything right away regardless if they're ready.
WWE is not going to rush her out there and have her look lost in the ring like she did in AEW.
I do agree with you with AEW giving her a belt early in her wrestling career and making her character like a Female Goldberg ....I didn't like it but I believe that AEW did that for a marketing thing and she have that as female wrestler look!!....They both benefited from it...But I'm not buying that AEW messed her up really bad that she can't wrestle right now for them!!...
She made her debut at The Royal Rumble, It's been about a month now and I'm hearing that she's still not on none of the WWE shows roster yet??....Also, you said her in-ring skills still work..Ok, but she does have wrestling experience..She's good enough to go out there and wrestle some jobbers and make appearances one their shows!!..

They could easily do what AEW did and just throw her out there. But I give them credit. They learned from AEW mistake. Also think they could’ve probably fast forwarded her progress by putting her on NXT but her buzz so high I think they are handling it well.
