Marlene Clark married actor Billy Dee Williams in 1968 in Hawaii. She became the stepmother of Williams' son Corey from his previous marriage.
Clark is best remembered for her roles as Ganja Meda in the 1973 horror film “Ganja & Hess” and Janet Lawson, Lamont's girlfriend, in the sitcom “Sanford and Son” from its fifth season in 1975 until the series conclusion in 1977.

There is drama will LL. He was straight up dating Qunicy Jones daughter. It was in the blogs and in his book I think.

She never did consider herself one of us. But she sure played the hell out of Jermaine Jackson. He was her key to becoming more than a cheerleader.
