FBI arrests Jan. 6 rioter IDed with help of facial recognition and a throwback Eagles hat

Lee Giobbie, a 40-year-old financial adviser from Eastampton, New Jersey, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with several federal crimes, including felony charges of civil disorder and obstruction of an official proceeding. Giobbie, federal authorities alleged, yelled "move the gates!" over a bullhorn before the barricades on the east side of the Capitol were breached. He was later recorded at the front of the mob yelling "push, push, push, push!” as they broke through another police line and then helped breach the Capitol building, pushing through the east doors leading into the rotunda, authorities said.

Levittown man charged with beheading father. He posted grisly YouTube video after

72418976007-img-7036.png

After holding up his father’s severed head, he says he now controls and commands “America’s police and military,” and calls for the execution of federal employees, and puts bounties on the FBI director, the Attorney General and the Chief Supreme Court Justice.

He rails against the LGBTQ community, the Black Lives Matters movement and “terrorist organizations such as anti-fa.” He calls for the seizure of federal buildings and says federal employees should be “publicly executed for betraying their country.”

During the online tirade, Mohn describes his father as a federal worker and rails against the Biden administration and the border crisis while declaring himself the new acting US president under martial law.

'Incompetent' Alina Habba dubbed 'deep state plant to destroy Donald Trump' in new theory

“The ‘Alina Habba was a deep state plant to destroy Donald Trump’ theory has entered the building,” historian and right-wing extremism expert Mark Pitcavage wrote.

Pitcavage shared with his X followers a tweet from UltraMAGAGirl arguing Habba’s shaky defense in E. Jean Carroll’s New York City defamation trial was purposefully incompetent.

True MAGA patriots must remove themselves from Biden’s booming economy, cash out 401(k)s

In response to this distressing spate of positive economic news, I hereby call on all MAGA faithful to quit their jobs and remove themselves from the CORRUPTLY BOOMING BIDEN ECONOMY.

To all devoted MAGA patriots aboard the Trump Train:

America’s economy appears to have gone woke and is now fully supporting the reelection of Crooked Joe Biden. I’m not sure how this happened, but no matter how much we say the economy is terrible, it keeps unpatriotically refusing to be terrible, posing a direct threat to PRESIDENT Donald J. Trump in the 2024 presidential race.

Just look at these recent headlines about the now-totally-liberal economy:

“Consumer confidence hits highest level since December 2021.”
“Falling inflation, rising growth give U.S. the world’s best recovery.”
“As doomsday predictions dissipate, Biden aides savor booming economy.”
Along with all that, the S&P 500, which we now know has a liberal bias, hit a record high Jan. 19, wage growth is beating inflation and jobless claims hit their lowest point since 2022.

There must be fear!Good economic news forces the GOP to switch narrative to the border.

The GOP electorate love economic/social progress when they benefit from it and nobody else does.

It’s like the state of Oregon, the only area of that state Progressive is Portland. The rest of the state you see Confederate/Tea Party/Trump flags waving around.

They bitch and complain about the Progressives in Portland, but they love all the socialist policies they get cuz you don’t see them mofos packing up and moving to GOP controlled states nearby like Idaho, Montana, Utah and Wyoming.

I was talking about this with Vivek, he comes from a state where they use a token factories, typically cars and semiconductors to distract. Meanwhile they push offshoring to boost corporate profits. Those that are special needs or feeble-minded fall for this nonsense.

Sad to say this might be happening with using the UAW. Meanwhile behind the scenes he is supporting free trade deals or taking no action.

I think a conservative political candidate that decreases offshoring through tariffs can be more labor friendly then a President Biden that has a union friendly NLRB. Ideally you would want both but having a plethora of manufacturing jobs can offset being non-union.

Tesla employee from Minnesota threatens to kill Elon Musk, President Biden in Texas

The court document said McCauley encountered law enforcement in Oklahoma on Friday and said he wanted to speak with the president. When asked why, he reportedly replied, “wouldn’t you want to talk to the president if you knew you were going to die tomorrow.”

On Sunday, deputies stopped McCauley on I-35 in Austin. He told them he planned to go to the Telsa gigafactory to contact Elon Musk

Dozens more allege sexual abuse at youth facility owned by Arkansas businessman freed by Trump

ted-suhl.jpg

Founded by the Suhl family in the 1970s, the Lord’s Ranch sits on a 1,100-acre property near the Missouri state line north of Pocahontas. Thousands of troubled youths passed through the remote facility over the decades, many of them sent from states including Illinois, Indiana, Texas and Alaska, as well as Arkansas. It received hundreds of millions of dollars in Medicaid funding throughout the 1990s, 2000s and 2010s. The Lord’s Ranch shut down in 2016 after Ted Suhl, the facility’s director for many years, was convicted of bribing a state Medicaid official and sentenced to seven years in federal prison.

Suhl was released by President Donald Trump in 2019 after serving less than half of his sentence, due in part to lobbying by Mike Huckabee — a friend of Suhl’s since at least the ‘90s, when then Gov. Huckabee appointed Suhl to a board that oversaw facilities such as his own — and former federal prosecutor Bud Cummins.

Jan. 6 rioter who carried Trump 'Rambo' flag convicted of assaulting Capitol Police officer

Ryan Samsel, one of the first instigators of the Capitol riot, was convicted of felony charges, along with four co-defendants. U.S. District Judge Jia M. Cobb — who oversaw the bench trial of Samsel and co-defendants James Tate Grant, Paul Russell Johnson, Stephen Chase Randolph and Jason Benjamin Blythe last year — convicted all the defendants of at least two felonies each. She also found them not guilty on three misdemeanor offenses, reasoning that prosecutors had not proven that the five men were aware at the time that a Secret Service protectee — in this case, then-Vice President Mike Pence — was in the Capitol building.

Jack Smith filing reveals Trump-funded lawyer claimed he didn't own a computer: reporter

"Jack Smith's response to that is in this document, and he says, actually, we bent over backward to provide this footage to people," she explained. "We've even given hardware to lawyers so they can look at it."

Swan notes a line in the text where she says "jumped out" at her.

"Smith's prosecutors write that during a phone call, a lawyer for one of Trump's co-defendants explained that he did not own or have access to a laptop or desktop computer and was instead attempting to review the entirety of the government's discovery on a hand-held tablet," Swan said.

The Biden supporter here is a kool aid drinking moron but, mirroring our country, the Trump supporter is full on delusional:

Less than an hour?

Tell me you have no understanding about basic military standards, practices, logistics, etc without telling me.

Geez this dudes a fucking idiot.

Chain of command? Mobilization? Identification? Security? Threat assessment?

Thats just a few things I could think of off the top of my head.

REAL military folk know it from first hand experience.

This guy would get killed immediately.
