At the 14 sec mark, was her eyes closed? And why is the camera set up to look at her face while she's what looks to be in a laying position?
Because when you're in a meeting you always supposed to have it at your face. I've been on zoom for online classes and everyone have their camera close enough to be able to listen to the instructor and some of them be in bed not having sex though.

I said online classes and when you're home you can do whatever you want whether a person is in bed or not.

They wouldn't know that you're in bed and generally there are no rules on where you work from especially if it's a internal meeting. People either blur the background, use a company standard background or a background from whatever the platform is. All you'd really need is an appropriate top and be properly groomed. Then you have the people who never turn the camera on at all.
The thing is people occasionally forget they aren't wearing bottoms and get up , something happens where the camera gives full body view or they mistakenly turn on their camera.
If it's a call you aren't really a speaker on, you can stay muted and not be in the house at all. Worse case, use the chat to ask or respond to questions.

The story here was that she was asleep and it was her kid trying to wake her up.

After a couple incidents they created a work from home policy to be in an office like setting, cameras always on and if needed you had to be at the office in an hour.
