Official 2025 NFL Discussion!!!

I honestly don't think it's going to be as bad as last years 2022 Christmas Blizzard. I think they are just being EXTRA cautious because 47 people died in that blizzard and local government agencies were called out for how they prepared and responded

Man I hope Buffalo/Western NY is the most affordable part of that state cuz the shit they deal with there is wild. Weather wise.

It is actually very affordable but to be honest, it's winter in Buffalo. Some years we don't get a lot of snow. Others we get buried. For example, snowfall totals from Nov -Dec 2022 was 110 inches. Fast Forward a year, snowfall totals from Nov - Dec 2023 was 8.5 inches.

Welp. Lost power at the house. Kids texted me. Wife and I left the gym and drove by the down power lines....NYSEG is already working on it. Thank goodness I have a fireplace and loaded up on firewood last night at Sam's Club. Hopefully power is restored within a few hours don't want to miss Saturday football.

Good luck man, I heard it's gonna be terrible up there for a min.

Folk out of town don't respect that lake effect bro... I felt it ONCE

Never been back since.

Buffalo cold ain't like nothing else.

And I'm referring to both the weather and the thugs.

Thanks bruh. Checked the power company site, we're supposed to be back on by 3:30pm. When we were driving home, the crews were already onsite where the lines came down, it was on a busy street, so I'm anticipating not being out for too long.
Power came back on about an hour ago. Winds picking up.....hopefully we'll be good for the night! Looking forward to football today. I think Houston upsets Cleveland and Miami squeaks past KC.
