I don’t think he’s a good head coach. He just got lucky with Tom Brady. He’s a good defensive coordinator.
The chargers QB is somewhat inconsistent. if you want to stay in the league, he needs to be a defensive coordinator

I disagree with you. Thomas Brady basically was his own offensive coordinator. You see when Tom Brady left New England, Bill had no clue how to draft a quarterback or run an offense. You notice all of the assistant cultures that worked around Bill Belichick had very suspect head coaching jobs their selves. Keep in mind I wasn’t a huge fan of Thomas Brady neither but I do acknowledge he was a good quarterback.
