You were looking for some books on Marvel comics while visiting Barnes & Nobles when Ana approached you. Ana was a Sales Clerk that looked like she would be right at home as a Librarian (due to budget cutbacks she took this job and actually was a Librarian).
She found a few books that piqued your interest and her knowledge of Marvel comic books probably rivaled that of Stan Lee's.
The conversation lead to you and her having a late lunch/early dinner. Strange thing is that intially your motives weren't sexual, at least they weren't until you got back to her place to look at her personal comic book collection.
You found a few other surprises within her apartment that evening.

Ms. Christina Rosado was the property manager and although she didn’t have anything to do with the aforementioned property she did have the ability to run a search on it.
You asked her if there was a fee for her running a search and she said that you had to treat her to lunch. Since it was around 4:00 PM, you wanted to know if this evening was ok? Since, she closed at 5:00 PM, you figured you walk around until then.
You came back at 6:00 PM, and asked Christina if she had ever been to "Melba's?" She said "No," but was open to try it.
Dinner went well, good food, conversation and now it's time to go. Even though you felt a connection you decided that a cab ride to Christina's apartment was more than enough for the evening.
Besides, she gave you her business card with her cell phone number.

Part of the problem is that he has been acting up in class (talking, telling jokes) and because of this has ended up in Detention at least twice a week courtesy of his Spanish teacher, Ms. Ayala.
So you decided to stop by the school one afternoon after finding out he had Detention. This would allow you to have a brief discussion with Ms. Ayala.

She attempted to demonstrate how he acts then asked you, "What would you do if she was being a bad girl in your class?"

You spent Christmas at your niece's house and went into your niece Talia's room to ask her if she wanted some of the cake that was on the dining room table.
At the time she was video chatting with some of her girlfriends who saw you when you entered the room. They wanted to say "hi" and wish you a "Merry Christmas."
